They added it a bit late but still a decent emote, anyway here’s a brownie recipe…
Ingredients:
10 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 ¼ cups granulated sugar
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder (plus 2 tablespoons, spooned and leveled)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
2 large cold eggs
½ cup all-purpose flour (spooned and leveled)
⅔ cup walnuts (chopped, pecans, or chocolate chips, optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in the flour until just combined. If using, fold in the walnuts, pecans, or chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Let the brownies cool in the pan before cutting into squares.
Enjoy your homemade brownies!
