Iβd love to see the process of band sizing and removal as they grow. I meant to do this on my last flock- even bought the bands- but was nervous to handle their lil leggies with tools. Side note: I thought naming all the chickens gave me crazy chicken lady status but you MIDDLE NAMED THEM!π

I got all different breeds so I could easily tell mine apart....but knowing how fast chickens get gotten I didn't name them, except for two....I don't want to get too attached.

It would make it hard to harvest them if they were named after my grandmother though

I have 8 hens of the same breed. I can tell 2 of them apart from the rest. Crook Break, obvious reason, & Lucy, who is darker red than the others. Leg bands are a great idea! And I π your banner!
