Why NORMAL Talk Wins Clients
Don't be afraid to talk normal to your clients.
I just talked to a coach that said to me that when you say "I'll be honest with you" to a potential coaching client that it communicates to them that you were lying before that.
That's not true.
That's old school sales training that says that. But that's just how people communicate now.
When you say, "I'll be honest with you," or the client says to you, "I'll be honest with you," or you say to your significant other, "I'll be honest with you," what you're doing is you're letting them know that you're going to be open about your true feelings. You're going to let down appearances. That's all it means.
