I love pie alsoā¦I remember being very young (probably 8 or 9) when my mom taught me how to make pie crustā¦I took to it l like a duck to water so mom let me make a pie when ever I wantedā¦which was pretty much once a weekā¦lolā¦I always used solid shortening but after getting your book on pies I started using butterā¦but sometimes use both butter and shortening because I miss that flavorā¦lol (by the way your pie book is fantastic ā¤ļøāļøš
