Trust in the Lord.

I know it’s easier to trust in what we can see—or even in our own efforts. But the invitation today is simple: trust Him.

Jeremiah 17:7–8 says, “Blessed are those who trust in the Lord and have made the Lord their hope and confidence. They are like trees planted along a riverbank, with roots that reach deep into the water. Such trees are not bothered by the heat or worried by long months of drought. Their leaves stay green, and they never stop producing fruit.” (NLT)

We all face seasons of drought—times that feel hard and long and dry. But when we trust in the Lord, our roots go deep. We can endure, sustain, and even flourish.

If you’re in one of those seasons right now, remember: the Lord is with you. He will not let you go, and He will not let you down.

Always! He NEVER lets us down. The answer may not always be what we want to hear but the main thing is that it’s His good and gracious will. We need to accept that because He always knows what’s best for us.
