Just do volume of resistance training combined with cardio. What's 6 min gonna do?
You never see "6 min biceps burner" or "6min lats shredder". The abs is a muscle too, and a pretty big one too.
Do abs 2 hard days a week together with your usual split, and make sure to have a low fat percentage. You should do cardio everyday, for real and not for 6 min.
