“How do you handle negative people or haters?”

You try to do a good thing and help people
and someone is always gonna knock you
down. It has nothing to do with you.
It's just people projecting their own
insecurities.
We live in such a cynical,
skeptical culture now.
Whatever happened to just giving people
the benefit of the doubt?
I'm not suggesting that we shouldn't question
people's motives or intentions.
Nor should we coddle people So everyone gets
a trophy.
No one likes a bait and switch or someone
who has a hidden agenda or ulterior motive.
But let's give people 100 and work down,
not start with zero and have to work
your way up.
It takes time to establish trust.
If trust were a tree, extend someone an
Olive Branch and see what they do with
that trust.
Don't give them the whole tree trunk
immediately.
