Then today, I decided to use the Novus โ#2Fine Scratch Removerโ compound for plastic and polishing cloth together to buff out the impurities from the plastic wear & tear over the years. It wasnโt bad & I got some of the plastic shine back.
Since Safari pens are made with ABS plastic, I thought it was safe to do so. I was right. Not bad at all the result. Looks better than before.
Slide 2 was the before and slide 1 is the after the shining compound applied & polished 3-4 times.
