Aaaand this is why you pray over your food and ask God to remove all the harmful stuff from it. Before anyone starts in on me...not everyone can go to farmer markets, grow their own food, or afford to shop at bougie grocery stores. And really we ARE Gods children so why not ask Him to help us out?

It's cheaper to make your own ice cream and it's not even that time consuming! 3 ingredients heavy cream, butter (optional) condensed milk, flavored extract freeze for 4-6 hours I make my own condensed milk with allulose and organic powdered milk. There are several recipes on YouTube! Enjoy!

I got a picture this week where a kid was eating ice cream on a stick and he put it in my garbage can on my bus and it took me over an hour or more to drop them and get back to where I put the bus back up. That thing didn't melt. She's right. This is why I fast most of the time. I have been saying something is wrong with food for a while now.
