Hey Ted! I love your videos and I really have been attempting a fruit based diet. How did you build so much muscle. I lift weights as well. Do you do supplements at all? Also me living with not so much access to organic fruits would you say it’s health to do it without them being organic?

I like to peel my bananas before freezing. Break them into pieces of 2 or 3 & place them in a reusable freezer bag! Easy access to them when I'm ready to make my smoothie 😋
