Coba dulu 2kg, kalo masih sanggup, coba 5kg, kalo udah mulai terbiasa, coba 10kg, kalo terlalu berat coba yang berat di bawahnya, usahakan tiap step beban harus bisa minimal 10-15x repetisi, baru coba naik beban, kecuali emang mau short repetisi kayak 5-10 repetisi silahkan

Range ideal dumbell itu antara 6 sampe 12 repetisi, kalo kalian pake dumbell lebih banyak dari 12 artinya terlalu enteng, kalo kurang dari 6 terlalu berat
