1.5 cups warm water (add a few tbsp if the dough is too dry, the consistency of the dough we’re looking for is wet and sticky)
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp yeast
3 cups of bread flour
1 tsp salt

1. Mix water, sugar and yeast together. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Add the bread flour and salt, mix until there is no dry flour. The dough consistency should be wet and sticky.

2. Cover and let it rest and rise for 2-2.5 hours.

3. 30 mins before baking, preheat oven at 200C with whatever pot or pan you are using. (mine was cake pan)

4. Dust your work surface with flour generously and transfer the dough into the surface, fold until in forms a dough ball. Place it on baking paper and into the preheated pot. Cover it with foil.

5. At 230C, bake for 30 mins covered, remove the foil place it back to the oven for another 10-15mins. (tip: i slide some ice for steam works inside the oven)

6. Let it cool down.
