Assalam-o-Alaikum! Today I am making Timber ki Chutney in my kitchen. This is the easy recipe of Timber ki Chutney which I personally make at my home and everyone likes it. Timber ki chutney is the best chutney and dip. It is very easy to make so try it out at your home and share your experience in comment section.

Written Recipe:

Ingredients:

Green Chilies: 4 (Chopped)
Garlic: 3 Tbsps.
Timber seeds: 2-3 Tbsps.
Green Coriander: 1/2 Cup
Immature Plums: 6-7
Salt: 1/2 Tbsp.
Dry Pomegranate Seeds: 2 Tbsps.
Yogurt: 10 Tbsps.

Method:

In a mixer add green chilies, garlic, timber seeds, green coriander, immature plums, salt and dry pomegranate seeds.
Blend well.
Take out in bowl and put yogurt in it. Mix well.
Delicious and healthy Timber ki Chutney is ready to serve.
Dip Pakoras in it and enjoy.
