This does nothing. First of all, it does NOT disable tasks, only visual effects. 2. Makes no difference at all (literal 0 FPS difference) if you are gaming, you will not see the visual effects anyways, especially if you are in full screen where they don't even appear unless you do something on another monitor. 3. It's not worth it, makes everything look terrible and is only good if you have a really bad PC and use it for work or something.

Legit doesn't do shit in performance, either upgrade or tweak your bios settings for performance. (e.g. xmp, Asus ez system tuning, etc)

that was only needed during the low memory bandwidth days and Amd lagging processors. you do not need to do that anymore as it takes nothing off the processor, and it can be handled with no performance issues.
