you will get good prices with flexible dates on skyscanner.
For Bhutan - 3-star hotel, guide, insurance and even renting a vehicle is mandatory which makes the trip cost too expensive for an individual. for 2-3 people the cost can be divided. SDF is 1200/night you stay in Bhutan for an individual. And also entry fee to tourist places costs you another 5000-6000 INR.
Taking a group trip would be great which costs around 30k per person (plus lunch and entry fee cost which will still be way under 50,000 INR)
