Most vendors here sell softwoods as a option here E.g. Juniper, ceder, pinion, pine usually a a slightly cheaper price. Premimum hardwood here are Mesquite, Pecan/hickory, oak, occasionally iron wood, Eucalyptus sometimes trucked in fruit woods such as almond, apple, etc Landscapers sell a mixed option of any/everything or mixed desert hardwoods which will be mostly mesquite/eucylptus
