At Westchester Airport, ATC cleared two aircraft to land simultaneously on intersecting runways. One of the pilots, after landing, asked tower for phone number as he did not accept any hold short for the intersecting runway.
The ATIS at the moment said: "LAHSO in effect. Runway 16 landing distance available of 4000 feet. Runway 11 landing distance available of 2500 feet. Aircraft not participating in LAHSO can expect full length."

Even if LAHSO is in effect, it's pilot's discretion to accept it, if they haven't agreed to LAHSO, the ATC can't give landing clearance to another aircraft on the intersecting runway

I have been watching these videos for ages and still have not figured out what it means to need a phone number after making a mistake. I can't believe that one video where the captain radios and that is co-pilot jumped out the back of the plane and they just can't comprehend it on the ground. They keep asking him things like so you don't have a co-pilot and he's like no he just walked out the back he finally ends up saying do you want me to circle the area or do you have me tracked and the guy says we have you tracked do you need anything else and the pilots like losing it and finally says I just thought you might like to know that there's going to be a dead body on the ground because it's obvious that they are not getting it at ground control that the co-pilot took a jump and became un alive but my point to this is they didn't ask him for a phone number so the phone numbers only have to do with landing the plane wrong but not if the co-pilot falls out of the sky? I'm not trying to be funny I thought it was ridiculous that the guy cannot grasp the severity of the pilots situation he may have thought it was a joke but it wasn't.
