I used to get corrupt files and it ended up being a problem with the RAM clock speeds so keep that in mind

Remember that it could also be other things, such as:
Bad CPU overclock
Bad RAM XMP profile
Failing hardware
Overheating
Outdated drivers (not usually but updating your drivers is still worth a shot)

you should actually run sfc /scannow first it will then tell you if you have corrupted files.

Im pretty sure sfc /scannow checks system files against a separate local copy to see if any were corrupted and repairs them.
The dism command checks (or restores depending on if you put /restorehealth) that copy of the system files in case THEY also get corrupted.
