Golf is hard on your back!!! ⛳️

@willzalatoris just underwent another back surgery with a great surgeon from @texasback for a recurrent disc herniation—and as a spine surgeon, I see this all the time.

Golf puts tremendous stress on the lower back, and sometimes even with great rehab, the pain just doesn’t go away. So let’s break it down:

✅ What a disc herniation actually is
✅ How to reduce your risk of recurrence
✅ When it’s time to seriously consider surgery
✅ Why minimally invasive techniques make all the difference

If you’re dealing with stubborn back pain, this is what you need to know 👉 Watch the full video and share with someone who needs to hear this.

For more information on minimally invasive spine surgery visit www.excelspine.com or call/text (619) 344-6918
