Looks like the 4 wheeler didn't slow down fast enough

Car either clipper trailer and/or braking hard enough to no weight on rear tires. -In a FWD car the rear of car will come around (less drag will lead).

It's not mysterious seems to me he was doing over the speed limit and clipped the back of the semi trailer, he lost control of his car.😮

There's nothing mysterious about this. The four-wheeler appears to be trying to pass the 18-wheeler and clipped the righr back side of the trailer.
