I just found out mine too physically and I don't feel like I'm crazy anymore. Screw all the Drs that said I just need a psychiatrist. I'm trying to get through it but the mental is hard. I'm scared to feel even more outside of my body than I do. Thanks for the inside out 2 video. It's helped me think of other things while driving with a panic attack.

Iβm finishing with my therapist of 4 years next week, my school accommodations that I just got have fallen through because my 1:1 just got unemployed, Iβm also losing my previous school support and my social worker soon after too. But if you can do this, maybe I can too β€οΈ rooting for you
