In my school, every time someone would bring a monster high doll, the teacher would hang the doll to the ceiling by its hair and the doll would stay there until the end of the school year. Many kinds would bring their dolls just to make the teacher mad and watch her hang the doll in the middle of our lesson. By the end of the year, there were more than 45 dolls on the ceiling 💀

Oh my god, I remember my mom used to make me cover my eyes and would mute the TV when a Monster High commercial came on and would “guard” me and my sisters from the dolls in the toy isle and I secretly always wanted one 😂

It’s sad that the whole point of Monster High was to encourage kids to embrace their differences. Embrace the parts of them that are unusual or “weird” and some parents still had a problem with them.
