In 2023 I ran in 29 models of shoes by 13 brands. The shoe I ran most in was the Nike Invincible 3, which reflects that I was injured for quite sometime, as it is my shoe of choice when returning from injury.
This was followed by The North Face Vectiv Pro. Easily my default shoe of choice. Not too heavy, super comfortable, nice rocker, sensational grip. If the house goes on fire, I am out the door in these.
The Nike Vaporfly 3 is my shoe of the year, simply because I ran my fastest marathon in them and qualified for Boston 2024.
You may have noticed that I have been playing with a drone. This is the first footage. All shot on a DJI mini pro 4 and edited in Premiere Pro.
