If Nikocado had had a good therapist and not surrounded himself with food pushers/enablers he could have kept his bad thoughts/ideas about food in check. If he had done that he might still look like he used to now.

If he once had the discipline to live as a devout vegan then he also once had the discipline to avoid eating the amounts of trash food he eats now. Social media ruined him by giving him an excuse to be so reckless with his diet.

He seems like he can be a nice enough guy when he wants to be. It's just too bad he decided to continue down this route for so long.
Apparently, he doesn't have people in his life who will give him the tough love he needs by telling him that what he is doing is wrong. Instead, Nikocado surrounds himself with food enablers like Orlin and Hungry Fat Chick.
