Enjoy kheer Malpura this eid only with National Kheer Mix
Flour 1 cup
Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
Sugar ┬╝ cup
Milk ┬╛ cup approx.
Baking soda 1 tbsp
Ghee/oil for frying
Ingredients for Kheer
Milk 1 liter
National Kheer Mix 1 packet.
Rabri 250 gms.
Pistachios for garnish
Rose petals for garnish
Method for Malpura:
In a mixing bowl combine flour, fennel seeds, sugar, milk, baking powder and mix well. Take a deep pan and heat ghee/oil on medium high.
Then proceed with pouring small portions of flour mixture into hot ghee/oil and fry from both sides till light golden in color
Lastly, strain and reserve these malpura bites to serve with kheer
Method for Kheer:
In a saucepan bring milk to full boil and to this add National Kheer Mix and cook on medium low heat till thickens
Cool at room temperature and to this add Rabri and mix well.
Method for Garnishing:
Pour in kheer mix into glasses, top with Malpura bites and garnish with pistachios and rose petals and Voila! your National Kheer Mix with Malpura Bites is ready to be served!
