100% agree. The fewer people in front of you, the less chance someone makes a mistake, drops the wheel (then requiring both of you to burn a match) or even worse, drops themself to the tarmac, along with you. Couldn't do better than 10th in my local technical crit until I figured this out and finished 2nd and 1st this season. Learned a lot from this channel too!

Really cool that you are still able to upload race videos Jeff. Is this the plan for the channel going forward? Getting your rivals/friends to do their races with cameras/powermeters and then doing a video about their races? That way you can discuss how their strategies/strenghts compare to yours. But maybe that would almost be coaching them for next season ;)
