We had our property listed by a national Real Estate Agency with their local office here in Georgia. No due diligence took place whatsoever. The Jr Agent went to the property, took drone photos, did a complete write up and listed the property all without our knowledge. Multiple red flags were ignored, fake email, fake phone number, guy had a foreign accent, etc! When we found out about it when signs were placed in the yard, we alerted the office immediately and they really did not want to say much about it. Even the County Clerks Office said that they “…do not get involved, we just file paperwork”. We never heard back from the Real Estate office after that. The listing got removed but no followup call from the Listing Agent, Office Manager, Office Owner, Office Attorney as requested.
