Melanie Jones, Robert’s wife was charged with Felony Aiding and Abetting. She’s booked in Canyon County. They have Robert still but he’s not showing up on the inmate roster yet.

Some of you may remember this video I shared a while ago? Well this cop has been retaliating against my daughter!! She's been pulled over like eight times since this and just tonight she was pulled over for expired tags and they got a judge out of bed to issue a warrant so that he could arrest her. We bailed her out.
She was very nervous but she does believe the body was cameras on but can't be sure. The cop wanted her to answer questions about some criminal activity that she did not commit but because she refused to answer his questions and I kick him off my property he is pissed off and retaliating for the exercise of Rights! She says he repeated several times that he was arresting her because of who her dad was and what he has done

So they charged Robert Jones with stalking, which is exactly what they were doing to him. They came with guns onto his property which is outside of their jurisdiction, but when Robert goes in front of Caden Line’s house to write with chalk on the sidewalk, he’s charged with stalking. They had arrested his daughter and revealed that it was retaliation for how Robert dismissed them as shown in the video.
