As a professional that does this for a living I only ask that you do one thing different……. Please please please wear eye pro!! That tile an counter top shatter real thin an fly everywhere, I’ve had quite a few situations of metal shards an various other things puncture my eye an my first thought always is “shit I hope I don’t go blind” and “shit I should have worn my safety glasses” 😂

plywood is cheaper than the slide. build it on a ladder, skip the truck and slide it right into the dumpster. the truck....why?

So you spent an extra day building a worthless slide because you thought it was easier to smash a countertop into a million pieces rather than carry a few large chunks out…. Makes sense. Also breaking glass like that is a big fuck up but at least it’s your own house.
