People start thinking of this when they have chronic symptoms and pain for years that won’t go away no matter what they do so the person feels death may be the only escape. I don’t believe this is a thought based off of one moment I think this is a thought based on several months and years of pain and the person coming to a realization that this is never going to stop and that they’re gonna have to live in this pain until they actually die. It’s a terrifying moment to think those things it’s also horrible when you feel doctors have failed you and can’t help you and I haven’t given you a diagnosis other than some things psychosomatic and you truly believe that you have an illness that has not been found

wow weird synchronicity. not that I was really thinking of suicidal Thoughts but I was feeling very depressed and sometimes it's easy to want to give up. Then I saw this video! very powerful Dr Dan and thank you so much!

This is a lifeline for me when my PTSD gets triggered. I hope your message reaches far and wide. Remembering that feeling like giving up is a symptom that I’m having, not who I am or what I deserve.
