Im old. But I recall a gentleman name of Roger Jennings Manufacturing in NY sold a hoodie hold down. It was made of metal and had pretty small sharp hooks on it, like a million kitten claws. You Slid the hoodie on (no resistance) then pulled it back like 1/8 inch where the little Claws would dig in and hold down. I tried it. It was somewhat successful. The goal was to eliminate spray and glue. (Healthier) I wonder whatever became of that?

Hoodies, unfortunately are still most efficiently printed with web spray tack adhesive. It's a bitch, because it's messy and it ruins your liquid adhesive on you pallets, so in order to go back to liquid adhesive after, you have to replace your pallet tape. That's why I charge a little extra per unit for hoodies, to compensate for the additional materials used to produce them. Sadly, there's no work around for this. It's the fleece material, nothing can be done for that. They would need to invent another type of hoodie, not a different kind of adhesive

I realized it isn't that I have to put adhesive every few hoodies, its that I have to use a sponge and wipe down my pallets every couple hoodies to get the lint off and revitalize the adhesive
