Ingredients: For the oats: 1/2 cup (45g) Rolled oats Pinch Salt 1 tablespoon Chia seeds 1/2 cup (120ml) Coconut milk 1/4 cup (70g) Coconut yogurt 1-2 tablespoons Desiccated coconut 1-2 tablespoons Sweetener of your choice (optional) For the topping (optional): 2-3 cubes Dark chocolate 1 tablespoon Coconut milk Desiccated coconut Directions: 1. Place all ingredients in a large glass/bowl/jar and mix until combined. 2. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. 3. Then melt the chocolate and coconut milk and mix until smooth. 4. Pour over the oats, spread evenly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. 5. Before serving sprinkle some desiccated coconut.
