I see. I was hired to fill a managerial role because of my MBA qualification. But since i'd not worked in the company before, one cashier who had been acting in that role for about a year was asked to train me.
I guess i now understand her resentment towards me later on.
Must have been hard on her😢😢 but unfortunately, she didn't have the educational qualification
