Summer Salads Episode Two: Persian cucumber chili salad

5 Persian cucumbers
3/4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp chili oil
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tbsp seasame seeds
1 tbsp sugar
3/4 tbsp rice vinegar
1/2 tbsp seasme oil
3 bunches of fresh basil
2 bunches of fresh cilantro

Start by adding all ingredients dry ingredients to a mixing bowl . Then add in the herbs and cucumbers. Optional to also add in carrots .
