I disagree with poster. In this situation, yes eat a taco. Most people get skewered in court because they think in the moment, if youâre nice and honest, the cop will like you and let you off. NOPE. You just admitted to everything they want. The sound of eating a taco is not a crime in court. What youâll probably say is.
