There are a huge number of medical labels for neuroplastic conditions. But this doesn't mean that these conditions aren't real- simply that modern medicine just hasn't caught up yet to the science of how the brain and nervous system create symptoms. And again, these symptoms are very real! Real enough to keep myself, and millions of other people housebound, bedbound, disabled, etc. sometimes for decades.

It took me a while to let go of my official diagnoses, and the fear and limitation that came with them. After all, I was on the Western medical treadmill for over 10 years! I had tried every therapy and treatment out there, with very few results. I wish I could go back and know what I know now, and save myself years of suffering. But that's just not the way it worked for me. So I'm grateful that I learned the truth about my condition when I did, and was able to put into practice brain retraining principles to get me back to living my life again after losing everything 14 years ago.

In my opinion, the reason why very few people recover from things like ME/CFS, POTS, fibromyalgia, and chronic Lyme disease, is because current society is going about treatment in the wrong way. They're missing the mark by continually chasing toxins, viruses, etc., and excluding the brain/thought and behavior patterns!
