Hyram, I had perpetually dry lips like you. Turns out it was my TOOTHPASTE causing it. I canβt use any Whitening toothpastes. Might be worth looking into β€οΈπ¦πΊ

I've been ding this for YEARS!! But remember to not overuse balms because your lips will get used to them and stay chapped... You need to let your skin be proactive in balancing PH and creating barriers, too

Ever since I started using Bepanthen at night and vaseline at daytime I been having the softest, juiciest, plumpest most hydrated lips ever. So inexpensive. So uncomplicated.

nah, I just use fenty lip balm or laneige sleeping mask. use to have dry lips like you lol. Mine are great now
