In HI3, Only herrscher of finality Kiana can go against aeons. Even though she is pretty unstable with her potential because she is not expert in using the power yet but as a finality, she cannot be killed easily. The only being can go against finality is someone has same concept as hers or higher like HoTE which have same concept as hers. We know what aeons can do for now. Even with their current powers we knew, they won't have chance to defeat her. Also Kiana has to be on moon or earth to unleash her current potential. If not she cannot use her powers well BUT we also can't forget where she shot the finality energy on SA and one shot her easily even though SA is similar to her but weaker compared to the full potential of finality. The beam travelled from moon to a planet that was behind Pluto at the edge of solar system. Which is also 1% power output beam. Not only that, finality can control the time and reality which Kiana can do most of it like absolute time freeze. Kiana was weak when she fought against Kevin since she did not ascend into full being finality yet but after she defeated Kevin alongside with Mei, Bronya and others including us, she finally and fully ascended into a finality and became herrscher of finality. Aeons is indeed powerful but don't forget that they are stuck in their path which means they cannot do multiple stuff like Kiana can do. Of course, I also not saying she can defeat them easily but it also goes for aeons. They have tough time to defeat Kiana since she is not her full potential yet. If she is in her full potential, she can easily do it. We also cannot forget the eye of the finality which is cocoon. Even if Kiana did not fight, the cocoon itself defeat them like they mentioned in chapter 1.5 which is why SA was scared of the cocoon. Once it detected something unusual within it's radar, it won't leave it easily. Since the cocoon also have it's current user, finality power will easily overpower every aeons and can go par against nanook and IX. Kiana and Finality also can do barrier like them and travel through space time easily without being tied to a path. As for GGZ, it's overkill. I think the final fight Kiana and Mei is enough to erase all the aeons. I want to talk more and with detailed but this is enough since it's already this massive.
