All you need is:
⢠fingerling potatoes or any tiny potato of your choosing
⢠3 TB melted butter
⢠1 TB olive oil
⢠3-4 cloves of minced garlic
⢠salt and pepper
⢠fresh parsley
I baked these at 450* for about 25- 30 min, stirring halfway through cooking.
First I washed and cut the potatoes. Then drizzled with the olive oil and melted butter.
I added my minced garlic and seasoned with salt and pepper. Then added fresh parsley.
After baking I topped with more parsley and served!
