There’s just one problem: I never did that.
But the people who have been sending me harassment and threats for the last 48 hours don’t really seem to care.

You should 100% contact a lawyer and find out if there's any legal case to be made against Andrew Scheer for this. Because this sort of behaviour from a sitting MP is absolutely deplorable and could absolutely be construed as some form of reckless endangerment or some other similar issue.
