They're not cheap, but the 'always' pans from the brand Our Place are exceptional and come in gorgeous colours too!

We have 3 pans- a stock pot, a 2 quart saucepan and a 12β skillet. All from AllClad. They are stainless steel, easily cleaned, cook evenly, last forever. They are the ones recommended by Cooks Country and Americaβs Test Kitchen.

Le creuset 100%, I got my deep 5qt frying pan on sale for $140, 4years ago when we got our first house, weβve used it everyday since, still looks new, sometimes it gets slightly brown on the bottom, I just use some power paste, not even scrubbing hard and it comes right off. I do this maybe every 6mo or so. Best things is, having a deep frying pan, non stick, means I can cook anything from hamburgers to pasta to soup. The best. It can also go in the oven and the dishwasher. I only have the one pan, for everything.
