The main take away from Minus One, is that it stayed true to very first Godzilla film in that it was a dark horror movie about people struggling to survive and deal with a giant monster. If you watch the first film, then you'll get the point.
I thought it was a brilliant movie with characters I cared about. Between the storyline and the visual effect, it was like seeing different musicians play different instruments in the same orchestra and having the whole piece sound fantastic from start to finish. In my opinion, it was the best Godzilla movie I have seen to date.
