I help run a construction company. We have a truck exactly like Les’s and we spend about $100 a day in gas alone for that truck, and it’s considerably more, if you’re hauling something as heavy as let’s say that grill or a trailer. Those trucks have to get expensive oil changes very regularly more so than a car, he’s having to pay for specialty wood to smoke each type of meat, you can’t just leave them alone and let them cook, they have to be monitored for hours on end so it takes manpower to constantly monitor them, we’re talking a quality cut of expensive meat, he’s got to be insured, the cost of those cooking apparatus and maintenance, the serving dishes and utensils, taxes on all this shit, employing these people and paying taxes on them, the seasoning and sauces for the meats, organising these cross country tours, you still have to add in overhead and profit, it’s a lot a lot a lot of money, trust me I know

I think the prices are fair. In Houston we are paying as much as $45 for Turkey Legs, but they are excellent and fall off the bone tender. I'm hearing mixed stories about this BBQ but I have to use my own judgement 😋! "Texas In every way

Black people STOP complaining about this man’s food prices! Black people in this country spent over $1.6 TRILLION in 2023, and most of that money went to people who don’t look like us or don’t like us. These purchases came from LV, Nike, Balenciaga, Walmart, Target, Tesla and the list goes on. That said, these company prices are high but we had no problem spending our money. We all know oxtails are not cheap, and this black man is selling “soft balls”! Support our brother and stop complaining.
