Miyazaki didnât say he was stopping work on Elden ring, he said âWe donât want to say this is the end of the Elden Ring saga for now.â We donât have any current plans to make a second DLC or a sequel, but we definitely donât want to snuff out that possibility. We think that there could well be something in the future.â

I wish they wouldn't just close the book on Elden Ring so soon. Its such a fantastic universe and we still have many unanswered questions regarding the world and characters. I'm still hoping (and maybe coping) that they give it the proper closure that it deserves with a sequel or a second dlc

I hope to god Fromsoft doesnât take the wrong things from Elden Ringâs success. A lot of the gameâs unique bosses (of which there were very few, which is another issue) most of them had the problem of âthis is super coolâ and then âoh god that ruins the whole thing.â I hope by âsmaller,â Miyazaki means they wonât be open world, because Elden Ringâs convinced me that an open-world souls game would be incredibly difficult to do well.

I just wish for a fight system like Sekiro. It was so different compared to the souls like system of dodging. I understood why we couldn't get a DLC cuz they were obviously working on Elden Ring at that point. But a Sekiro - 2 would be insane ngl.
