Dark magic is so OP. You can curse someone with crucio and - through talent - you spread the curse with every spell you hit the opponent. Than - through another talent - you can kill EVERY cursed enemy with one avada kedavra. My favorite combo 😂

In my opinion, they should've created a karma system in the game that would've affected your relationships with other characters, the availability of side quests (like the more you use dark magic then some side quests will not be available for you but side quests revolving dark magic will be open), and even the way the main story could progress and end. I just find it so ridiculous that you can use dark magic and kill people as much as you'd like without any consequences or even the slightest of care or reaction from other characters in the game whatsoever, especially after the books and movies have pumped us so much with how terrible and unforgivable these curses are. Also, there are so many side quests that let you screw over the people that gave you the side quests at the end of them like keeping for yourself items or magical beasts that you were requested by them to find, or give the stuff you found back with a demand for additional fee, and you get to walk away with that like nothing happened. It's a nice game, but the whole "I can be dick to people and use dark magic and murder as much as I want without any reperocussions" is just hilariously absurd.

It's pretty good, but I'm skipping learning these during the story, mostly because I slot Herbology 3 in all my clothes now, so my cabbages literally just eat the entire battlefield. They dropped a trial boss in half a second. Honestly, it's probably a worse way to die.
