Hi I eat 500-800 calories a day depends on activity, i am mostly sitting. I lost about 25kg in 3 4 months then i gained weight again. Currently i do the same and it is okay, i expirience energy loss etc. Ofc i dring vitamin C, salt for some electrolites, and probiotic for stomach. Can you tell me is it good or nah?
