Some reforms are needed in the Govt. Schools i.e.
1. Need experienced teachers
2. Infrastructure needs to be improved. Smart Classrooms are very essential for proper teaching.
3. Strict rules and regulations are required to maintain the discipline.
4. Govt. Should provide them basic facilities like Books, bags and uniforms.
5. Educational trips are very necessary to maintain the interest of the student.
6. Entrance exams are required to create the hype.

Steps that can be taken..
1) Teachers have to be supervised so that they can work at full potential for children
2) smart classes so that it can be easy for children to understand
3)working for both studies and sports..
4)good infrastructure of school
5)affordable fees so that every section of society can negotiate
6)expanded branches
7)work for overall development of children...

There are two types of government schools- government aided schools and government undertaken schools. The truth is , for a lot of time in the past, these school students have shown great results but they donot use the students as an attraction to admit new students. Also there is a system by which, the highest scoring teachers go to city's govt school and the lowest scoring teachers go to village's govt schools. This system is the main culprit because maximum of India is village and their future generation is being spoiled

In Kerala also most of the government schools are doing well and has good infrastructure for more than a decade now......
Wishing all over India the government schools achieve good standard, so the parents having low income can also give there children good education without spending thousands of money ❤

Mam, I think the reason behind the preference of people towards private schools is teachers and less facilities in govt school. I myself have studied in private and govt school too. I have seen that in govt schools not even toilets are clean. Teachers are not paying attention to students. So I will make the infra and teacher's conscience both neat and clean. So that the oevel of education will rise in govt schools and people choose govt schools over prvt ones.

Iam a college student from Kashmir and I have always studied in government schools only and i can say by my experience that government school in Kashmir are always better than many of the private schools but now we are certainly experiencing a rise of private institutions in our division after 2016-17 and the level of government schools is also degrading and getting worse day by day,it is essential to look into the particular reasons responsible for this situation.

Even after the worst conditions of govt school , a step towards govt school can be useful because not all people could afford to send their childrens to private schools but in govt schools too they can choose the best for their child future...we can emphasize on the children performance in both studies and game as overall development is req. We can use advertisements to convince parents about the good performance of the school
