➡️Here’s how to do it!

✨Find your balance either at or away from the wall.
✨Take your left ankle across to your right knee and sit your hips back
✨It’s easy to drop the lifted hip. Try to keep both hips level as you reach your sit bones back
✨Take 3-5 breaths here
✨Repeat on the other side!

This “standing figure 4” can help release tension and in your glutes and piriformis which can help with sciatic and SI joint pain.

If you are having SPD or SI pain, you can do this same pose seated!
