I used to be a narcissist and it was so hard to stop. I was a narcissist for years and lost many amazing people because of my actions. Thankfully I’m a much better person now. I’m still working on it but I’ve noticed positive changes mentally too.

HOLY SON OF A... The one way boundary has been literally my entire relationship with my mother since birth, one rule for me, one rule for thee and I used to get so angry at all the double standards. Everything else is also true of her, I've known she was a narcissist for years. The other red flag particularly for mother's is that they see you as an extension on themselves, they much prefer dealing babies who are entirely dependent on them than children, teens and adults who start to get their own opinions and have thoughts and can actually say no, this extension of themselves also ties directly to the appearance of their children especially daughters.

This isn’t what a narcissist is. Both from a psychological definition and a conversational definition. Narcissistic personality disorder and narcissism as a whole refers to your own self importance, and people with narcissistic personality disorder don’t always put others down to feel good about themselves. Even Narcissus himself didn’t actually harm others, just himself.
And I get that this is supposed to be for female narcissists only, but blanket statements like this can be harmful to people who have been diagnosed with narcissistic personality disorder.
