The older I get, I donāt tell people to stop talking about anything I donāt want to hear. If I don't want to listen, I simply donāt engage with them. Even if theyāre āstuckā. I havenāt found that Iām gong to be the one to āunstickā them by telling them to āsnap out of itā so I just let people be.
Weāre each in our own little world, full of memories, imaginings, life events and our own perception, as far as Iām concerned.

That is so true Brooke..I will never get over the loss of my son. I will learn to live the best I can with a heart that has been wounded from this loss..
